GDPR and the protection of personal data is extremely important to us.  This send us a file facility uses Dropbox which we use to store all personal data, we confirm that they conform to the EU Privacy Shield and you can read more about this by clicking below.

When you use this service, the documentation you send us, goes straight to our Dropbox account and does not sit anywhere else.

*When sending us work, please introduce the case with as much detail as you can to include information such as:

  • Client key aims & objectives

  • Your initial strategy thoughts

  • Soft facts from client discussions

  • Your fees 

Alternatively, download our case submission form found opposite and complete it (our preferred option) before uploading it together with your other documents!

The best way of sending us a file, it to 'zip' all the documents into one file before uploading it.  Good practice is to always password protect your files, but of course don't forget to let us know your password, by dropping us a separate email or calling us on 01245 200425.  if you are a regular client of ours, we should already have a password procedure in place with you.

Once you have sent this file, there is no need to contact us separately, as we will automatically receive notification of your message and we will aim to acknowledge receipt to you within 24 hours.  But of course, if you have any concerns or want to check with us, please call us on 01245 200425.
