Our Team
With over a combined 180 years experience as advisers, paraplanners and administrators, our team brings together a range of complementary skills and disciplines. As a result we are uniquely placed to observe any industry trends, changes to processes or legislation whilst ensuring that our services remain compliant.
In the same building as us, we also have an advice arm (a Chartered IFA run by Ray Galbally - see below), but at no time are there any conflicts of interest and we believe the fact that we have a close in-house relationship with an IFA gives us an extra edge as we understand the demands of IFAs and their clients.
We aim to remain at least one step head of the industry standard actively encouraging staff to gain further qualifications and engage in continued personal development (CPD).

With 23 years experience within the industry as a paraplanner, adviser and IFA office manager, using his exceptional organisational skills, Dan has brought the Adviser Support Hub to life.
As Director, Dan develops the business, maintains client relationships and engages in high level paraplanning work.
Dean Galbally DipPFS
Operations Director & Paraplanning Manager
With 17 years industry experience behind him now, Dean has reached a very high standard in achieving both Diploma status and the CII Paraplanning Certifcate Award.
Dean has recently become a Director of the company and is responsible for ensuring that his paraplanning team are kept busy and working to priorities and deadlines.
His technical knowledge is excellent and his common sense approach to his work coupled with his exceptional attention to detail ensure his work is always of a high standard.
Rosella Fretten Dip PFS
Paraplanning Team Leader
Rosella re-joined TASH in April 2021. She had previously worked for us for 6 years. She has returned to lead a team of Paraplanners, and brings with her a wealth of experience.
She has a friendly, 'can-do' approach to her work and bright personality - nothing is too much trouble.
Vrezh Safaryan DipPFS
Senior Paraplanner
Vrezh holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics & Economics and is a level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner, currently working through his Chartered exams.
Vrezh ensures excellent attention to detail within his report writing and enjoys the responsibility of Financial Planning oversight that comes with the role of Paraplanning. He brings a solid knowledge base of all major areas of the Financial Planning process.
David Halloran DipPFS
Senior Paraplanner
David joined us in November 2022 as a Senior Paraplanner. He is level 4 Diploma qualified and studying towards Chartered status.
David has previously worked as an Adviser for 5 years at Attivo Group, which gives him the ability to approach his paraplanning work from the viewpoint of an Adviser dealing with a client.
Eleanor Youd DipPFS
Senior Paraplanner
Eleanor has been in the industry for over 14 years and attained her Diploma in 2011. She also has a BA (hons) Degree in Social Sciences.
Technically very good and logical in her approach to her work, Eleanor has been an excellent addition to the team since joining us in the Summer 2014 .
Karl Constantinou
Paraplanner
Karl joined TASH in February 2022. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics and has completed R01, R02, R03, Ro4, and R05 of the Diploma (Level 4) with the CII. He is due to sit his RO6 exam shortly, to achieve his Level 4 status.
Karl previously worked in Collections for RBS as a Debt Manager and then as an Administrator for an established IFA firm in Central London before he joined us as a Trainee Paraplanner.
Josh Bassett
Paraplanner
Josh joined us in August 2021. He has 4 years industry experience, has recently passed his RO1, RO2 and RO4 exams and is continuing his study on his way to level 4 Diploma status.
He focuses on producing accurate Annual Review Letters on a daily basis and is part of Rosella Fretten's team.
Elena Woolnough-Crew
Trainee Paraplanner
Elena joined TASH in January 2022. She has very recently started her Level 4 R0 exams with the CII on her way to Diploma status. Having passed RO1, she is due to sit her second RO exam this summer.
Elena previously worked as an Administrator for an established IFA under the St James Place Partnership Program before joining us as Paraplanning Support. Elena is also the first on duty with our phones, so if you call us, you are likely to be speaking to her!
Billy Stone
Trainee Paraplanner
Billy joined us in May 2022 as a Trainee Paraplanner. Prior to joining us, Billy spent time working for an established IFA firm within a general admin role, furthermore he is an Economics graduate (1st).
Billy has passed his RO1, RO2 & RO4 exams, and is continuing study toward his Diploma (level 4) with the CII.
Joe Cox
Trainee Paraplanner
Joe joined TASH in July 2023. Prior to joining us, Joe gained experience within the industry working for James Hay for 3 years as a Client Service Executive.
Joe has already established himself as a key member within Rosella's Paraplanning Team, and has now begun his RO exam journey, with aspirations of achieving his level 4 diploma.
Karen Sutton

Karen is self-employed and supports us remotely as and when we require her expertise. We have worked with Karen since 2017
to sum up our services, we can do anything that an IFA business requires!
